These terms govern your use of Linkturf, a service operated by Mining Wells LLC ("we", "the service"). By creating an account, joining early access, or using the service, you agree to them. Plain language throughout; if anything is unclear, ask us via the contact page.
Linkturf provides branded short links that run on domains you own, with click analytics. You must own or control every domain you connect. We issue SSL certificates and route clicks on your behalf.
During early access, features may change, and we may onboard accounts gradually. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid subscription or any obligation for either of us.
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal content, no phishing or malware, no deceptive redirects, and no spam. We screen connected domains and destination links against abuse blocklists, and we may decline a domain that does not pass screening.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You keep the right to export your data unless the law prevents it.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for issues caused by your DNS configuration, your registrar, or third-party outages outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and email account holders before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
