This policy explains what information Linkturf, operated by Mining Wells LLC ("we"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the service, we do not sell personal information, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect today
- Early access signups. If you join the waitlist or contact us, we store the email address and any details you include (such as the domain you plan to connect or your message).
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the site.
No tracking cookies. This site does not run ad trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not set marketing cookies.
What we collect when the product launches
- Account information. Your email, name, and billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
- Your links and domains. The short links you create and the domains you connect.
- Click events. When someone clicks a link you created, we record the event (time, approximate location, device type, referrer) so we can show you analytics. This data belongs to your account. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to build audience profiles.
How we use information
- To provide and improve the service.
- To email you about your account, your signup, or important changes. You can opt out of anything that is not essential.
- To prevent abuse, including screening connected domains against abuse blocklists.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information or your click data.
- We never share your analytics with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never use your audience data to market to your customers.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run Linkturf, such as hosting and payment processing. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.
Data retention and deletion
We keep waitlist and contact information until you ask us to remove it or the launch communication is complete. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by reaching out through the contact page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including California and the EU), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, use the contact page. We respond to every request.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new date above. If you have an account, we will also email you.
